Black Horehound (Ballota nigra)
Black horehound is a hardy perennial herb in the mint family known for its distinctive dark green leaves, purplish flowers, and strong herbal aroma. Native to Europe and Western Asia and now naturalized in many parts of North America, it has a long history in traditional herbal medicine.
