Thompson’s Sandwort

Arenaria franklinii var. thompsonii, commonly known as Thompson’s Sandwort, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the western United States, particularly found in the mountainous regions of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. This variety typically grows in sandy or gravelly soils, often in open, dry habitats such as alpine meadows and rocky slopes.
