Fourwing Saltbush

Atriplex canescens var. macilenta, commonly known as Fourwing Saltbush, is a perennial shrub belonging to the Amaranthaceae family. This variety is native to the arid regions of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico, particularly thriving in areas with saline soils and low moisture availability. The growth habit of Fourwing Saltbush typically reaches heights of 1 to 2 meters, presenting a dense, bushy form with a rounded or spreading canopy.
