Seashore False Bindweed

Calystegia soldanella, commonly known as Seashore False Bindweed, is a perennial vine native to coastal regions of North America, particularly along sandy beaches and dunes from Canada to California. This plant typically grows to a height of 1 to 3 feet, exhibiting a sprawling or climbing growth habit that allows it to cover ground and climb on nearby structures. The leaves are arrow-shaped and can vary in size, providing a lush green backdrop to its striking flowers, which are trumpet-shaped and usually white or pale pink, blooming in late spring to early summer.
