A flowering shrub native to the Ethiopian and Yemeni highlands, producing the world's most-consumed coffee beans. Prized for smooth, low-bitterness flavor with floral and fruit notes. Grows to 3-6 ft indoors; produces fragrant white flowers and red cherries when mature.
Prune to shape; prefers high humidity; avoid direct afternoon sun. Bring indoors before temps drop below 50 deg F. Repot every 2 years.
